[Vwdiesel] Does anyone have an extra alt. pulley for diesel setup, Bosch

I am having no luck getting the big NUT off the original alternator from my 92 Jetta 1.6TD
I could try to order new but vagcat is not clear, I would most likely get the wrong pulley if I could even still get the part #.
The one that I have is in BAD shape anyway, but I have to get it off to get all the off set crazy washers and fan and all that stuff that I need to swap over to the new alternator before sending the core back.  I let it soak all day today and will hit with torch heat tonight before trying again.
 
 
So, does anyone have a decent used pulley from an alt. off of a MK2 Jetta with A/C belt setup.  Needs to be from a Bosch alt. not Valeo brand.

1stVWParts.com does show it available, $44 bucks though.
