  Since Total Seal doesn't do the no gap thing on chromed rings, you can't 
do both rings with that type of ring unless you start freebasing with them. 
 
If you keep them as a complete set, only the second ring is gapless.
  Total Seal sells sets so you can use all three rings as Total Seal but 
only 
the second is gapless.  You can also send your own second ring in to be 
"converted" to gapless and use your own rings where none of them are Total 
Seal but your second is now the TS design, gapless.
