I've had that exact same symptom with a clogged intake. (Like seriously,
almost zero air getting through clogged.) First ever noticed with those
anti-shudder valves, but could be something got knocked into your intake. Do
you carry a rag somewhere under the hood?
I've never had a timing belt break without a lot of noise and fuss and then
let the car turn over at all, much less 3x faster. I think you likely have a
lack of compression because you have a vacuum in the cylinders from a
plugged intake. Only thing I've seen or heard of that causes such a symptom.
