[Vwdiesel] 2001 Golf TDi juice drain

I had an Optima Red top in my 02 Silverado and it didn't serve me well.  It
could have been just that the truck sat some times for a week or so but even
when I ran it I had it seem to drain on me.

I just replaced the Advance Auto Titanium battery in my 91 Turbo diesel
jetta.  It was over six years old and this extreme cold weather here in
Eastern NC did it in.  So I just replaced it with a new Advance Auto Gold
since they do not carry the Titanium anymore.

I would go back over all your grounds and then check to see how well your
Alternator is charging, put a multi meter on the battery and see how many
volts it is getting to the battery.
