Just remove the starter and give it a good clean. Strip it and inspect the 
brushes, drain the engine oil out... Inspect the bendix, and the flywheel 
for damage.'burrs' can be filed, but problems are usually stuck bendixes.
Just buy a set of 4 injector nozzles for about $40, and rebuild the 
injectors yourself.
