Well, I just looked through the dial indicators on there, and I'm not sure
how to tell if some of them will work. According to one I found, it looks
like you need an 8mm shank for the adapter to fasten to. But it might depend
on which adapter you have. I see there are a couple of variations. I have
the adapter as shown in this auction:

That is also where I saw that you would need an 8mm shank. I don't have my
tools where I am now, but either tomorrow or Sunday I'll be back there and
can measure things on mine if that would help anything.
