  That's where they put them.  Makes sense that there's just one dash and 
gassers 
get a block-off, diesels get the cold start knob.

  I almost never push mine in.  Maybe on a long trip, or in the summer so 
if you 
get stuck Hayden, just pull it open and wire it.  They just rattle a tad 
louder...
