[Vwdiesel] need cold start cable.

I usually leave mine out too.  When it's down around zero and I forget
to plug the car in, I can get it started by pushing the cold start IN,
then when it catches I pull it back out to get it to run.(I believe
that's the official "extra cold start" technique.)

Will in Alaska.
