[Vwdiesel] Pump timing 1.6 Turbo

I was able to get my rabbit car up to 101 mph in death valley once. Took several miles but I figured you can't get more O2 then being below sea level right. That was with a good geared tranny 4 spd. The truck could never do that though. Then once I put the 5 spd and the 1.9 TD I was able to get about 115 but that was 4000 ft elevation then. And there was a GPS involved. I always wondered why the stopping at 85 on a lot of cars. I know the first lumina's (chevy) were like that as well but they governed out at 105.
