[Vwdiesel] TDI PD stumbling low rpm and high pitch sing is back

Have you checked your cam torsion value with vag-com. Engine group block 4. Should be really close to 0. Brother and I put ours at 0 and 10K miles later after timing belt had to adjust back to 0. Helped with MPG some as well and idle. Don't know on the sound as I am not there to here it. Are you for sure it is the tensioner pully?
