Most thread lockers release with enough heat. Depends on what was used and the temp rating. Might have to heat the bolt up a lot though for it to release. I am wondering why they didn't put anti-seize on there instead though.
 
With the fuel in the oil. You can check that without an oil test by looking for you oil level rising and the smell. But fuel in the oil is much better then coolant I would think. I have heard of the injectors becoming loose but it isn't as big of an issue as the cam is in terms of the numbers of cars with that problem.
