[Vwdiesel] won't stay running

Could be a plugged OUT banjo.  Not sure what these do when the  outlet is 
plugged but a GM's pump will shut down and die if the outlet is  plugged.  
Due 
to sitting  it could be something in the pump that's stuck, but that  
thought is 
what led me to the pinhole in the out banjo being plugged.
