[Vwdiesel] What's an 01 Golf TDI worth?

Hey dieselheads - before you ask, I'm not *seriously* considering getting
rid of my TDI yet, but sooner or later I'm going to need a bigger car
(kids), so I'm considering my options.

I'm having hard time finding a real market value for my TDI, considering
the high price of fuel, high demand for diesels, etc etc.

Edmunds says it's worth about 5k, which seems a bit low, bearing mind that
diesels are at a premium around here (Portland OR).

Here's the details:

01 Golf GLS TDI
160k
4 door
5 speed
sunroof
15" alloys
premium sound
sunroof
cold weather package
pretty much every 2001 option except the automatic tranny
black with lint-attracting grey velour

Rocketchipped
upgraded VR6 clutch and SMF
Bilstein TC struts
replaced the alternator maybe 40k back
About 20k on a reman injection pump and 100k timingbelt job
Most of it's life on commercial biodiesel, and most of that B99.

Accident-free, average chips, scratches and dings for an 11 year-old car.

Any advice on pricing resources would be appreciated
