[Vwdiesel] Bad maf on 2000 vw tdi

The symptoms don't sound like MAF... the MAF code could be a symptom rather
than a cause.

If unplugging the MAF doesn't help the smoke and rough idle, I'd suspect
the EGR.  (it shouldn't drive "normally" though, maybe 80% power and less
top-end)
