#1 try removing the key barrel and see that the brass plates are pulling 
cleanly in, Check socket for grooves from those plates allowing travel in 
one direction. Otherwise part of the linkage in the latch mechanism has play 
in it. Try with handle off and finger pressure on the lever. Failing that 
it's inner panel off...

#2? Can the clutch pedal interfere with the brake? Probably not the same 
circuit..

Hello

I have 2 issues with my caddy:

1. the driver's side door can be locked with a key from the outside, but 
can't be unlocked from the outside with a key?
(the door handle mechanism is 1.5 years old)

is the issue with the door lock or the door handle?


2. I can turn on my truck lights, and the tail lights will come on.
If I put in the clutch, the tail lights will go out?
