[Vwdiesel] Bumper height

Each state can and sometime does have it's own rules regarding bumper height. When my brother and I were into mud trucks we had to have the front and rear bumper in MN a certain amount off the ground which required welding a drop down tubing to reach that point with the 9 inch lift and the 35 inch tires to keep it road legal so if someone did crunch into you you wouldn't drive over them and or them drive under you and take the roof of the car off. But there is several other states that don't have any bumper height rules. Kind of the same thing with window tinting-just depends on the state you are in.
