The best story I heard was Monday.  A gal got pulled over by an Erie County
deputy, near Buffalo.  4:30pm and rainy.  He asked he if she knew why
she was pulled over.

No?

Your lights weren't on an it is raining.

My lights always turn on in this Jetta, all the time.  Day or night.

(Deputy looks at front, sees lights on, and checks her headlight switch,
seeing it is off.)  Well, I am ticketing you for not wearing your seatbelt.

My seatbelt is on, and has been on.

Like I said, I am ticketing you for not having your seatbelt on.
