You can play around with the tire dimensions and find something of about the same overall
diameter and width:

Take the 13" wheel/tire specs and plug them in to get the starting dimensions. On the new
section width, you can use the 13" tire width as a starting point as long as the new
wheels are about the same width as the old wheels. If not adjust the width and then play
with common aspect ratios on the 15" wheel/tire combo to find something about the right size.
For example, I run a 185-70R13 and that works out to 23.2" dia. x 7.3" wide, this is on a
13x5 wheel.
On a 15" wheel, a 175-60R15 would give me 23.3" dia. x 6.9" wide.
