[Vwdiesel] New to me tdi

I'll be looking at a 2003 VW TDI Jetta-wagon this weekend.  5-speed
transmission, gl package.  200K on the body, with a new/used engine with
about 100K on it.  Interior and body are said to be good.  Anything in
particular I should look at or know about these '03 wagons?  I appreciate
all of the earlier advice.
Owner said that the transmission has gotten a little tougher to shift at
times, but generally is good.
Anyone know a good mechanic in central SC?
