[Vwdiesel] Add just turbo to NA?

Yeah, that's an ECOdiesel, the low-point of vw turbo-diesel design where
emissions ruled completely at the expense of efficiency.  Kinda like the
mid-80s carbed vehicles with the air pumps that robbed crankshaft power to
dilute the exhaust with more air [facepalm].
