This is starting to make “sense”……sort of like that fuel efficient car they invented in the 50’s that got killed for the same reasons. 

 
Also, the Canadian pipeline stall tactics…… Our government is really watching out for us isn't it??  We have the best polititians money can buy, and you know they wouldn't lie!
