That is good news that all pistons are the same hieght extention.
how many miles on this motor before this happened. Sounds like you need valve job on head, guide seals, guides, and maybe replace a few valves.
but, with no extra money, going to be hard to do.

I know it hydrolocked because it wouldn't turn over by hand via the
crankshaft till I pulled the injector on #2 and it puked out oil.
I think there may have been a leak right by the turbo inlet, the hose that
goes to the turbo inlet appears to be loose.
Rod isn't bent, the readings are exact. The starter barely started turning
over when it locked, not much momentum was going yet.
