[Vwdiesel] Turbine blade nicks

The engine has 279,000 miles on it, it has new piston rings and connecting
rod bearings and main bearings, but you are dead on.
I've pulled apart the head and on the #2 intake valve the valve guide just
fell right out, thankfully I'd already ordered new guides and the valve
guide is just out of spec, the new guide is in tight.
All the valves seem fine, the worst I've had to do is clean them up a bit
and re-seat them.
