The dealer can tell you and it doesn't matter if your the 10th owner just as long as the recall is still active-which there is a runout date. If it was a southern car then there was a chance it wasn't done but a northern car-little chance it wasn't done.

My gosh, that is a LONG laundry list of things done to the car.  Can you imagine paying someone to do all of that, almost as scary as the 2nd re-flash of the ECU making you cruise work again.
I loved that recall of cold weather start issue, swapping all of the PD injectors and glow plugs, that is almost a grand right there.

I need to find out if it was ever done to the Golf I got a few months ago.

Me buying the car cash from the 3rd owner, do you think I am still eligible to get the recall, it is on the VIN, not the owner of the car, that is all that matters, right?

Does anyone know a public web sight to go to and look to see what re-calls were done to a VIN?  I am dreaming, will have to go back to the dealer for that
 info.
