Wow they really went overkill on the cruise safeties... the clutch safety
is pretty much superfluous anyway - if you slip the car into neutral with
cruise set without touching the clutch, the RPM will blip up maybe 500-1000
before the ECU realizes something is wrong and kills the cruise.
