  We saw that episode, In fact my daughter saw all of it first then made sure we watched it on a replay!  It was hilarious.  The US show isn't what the UK one is but then most Americans wouldn't "get" much of the UK humour so they do things a bit different.  Remember, most US TV watchers rate a step below most US gasoline powered car owners.  ;-)  
  Indeed it was shocking when that Cadillac bent like that going over the motocross hump, but it was still funny at how it still kept going, jars bouncing, etc.

I think you are talking about a segment on USA series, where they were talking 
bout how NASCAR started through moonshiners.  (And doing their own 
moonshining" challenges.)
