[Vwdiesel] Injector return lines

I could check the thermo T. I installed the Cat filter with the Thermo T early in the spring. I guess there is a chance it is stuck. It just seems odd that not all of them are blowing the lines and I would think the last one in line would blow off if that was the case-not the 2nd/3rd ones. I will look more into it after this weekend. Thanks.

You have a restriction on your return line to the tank.

Saturday I ran into an issue where my injector return lines blew off and I couldn't keep on. I managed to get the 6 miles home with an almost empty tank of fuel. I attempted to clip and push on. Even used some from the rabbit truck. Finally I ordered 8 feet from Parts Place as I don't know any others that sell that size line. I installed new-same issue. By the end-I had zip tied 3 connections. Any tips as to why I would suddenly need to do that after about 4 years of no issues? Would the injectors be failing dumping more fuel into the return lines pressurizing them more. It isn't the last one in the line. It is both lines on the 2nd from the tranny side and the 2nd to the 3rd connection as well. I can see all the lines move as they pressurize when at high RPM a lot it seems. But the same ones were leaking the whole time.
