[Vwdiesel] Injector return lines

Well, pressure builds in the return line.  The connection with the least friction will pop off.  Simple physics.  Once it pops, there's not really any pressure left.  Push it back on and the "wet" connection now has even less friction to keep it on.  
  I agree totally with Andrew.  There must be a blockage in the return, The big pressure buildup is most likely coming from the injector pump's contribution to the return fuel.

 could check the thermo T. I installed the Cat filter with the Thermo T early 
n the spring. I guess there is a chance it is stuck. It just seems odd that not 
ll of them are blowing the lines and I would think the last one in line would 
low off if that was the case-not the 2nd/3rd ones. I will look more into it 
fter this weekend. Thanks.

ou have a restriction on your return line to the tank.
