[Vwdiesel] Starting issues 91 Jetta TD

I have had a battery cable do that to me before, it was a hit and miss
ordeal. The cable had heavy wire to the starter and 10awg for the fuse
block, the heavy cable to the starter failed without burning the cable??
Usually weak connections create heat and burn up but not this one, it
kicked my arse for a while!
