[Vwdiesel] Injection pump timing?

Hi all, I have machined my AAZ crankshaft to accept the newer style crank
timing pulley and installed a new timing belt and tensioner. I only have
the Bentley for my Westy with the 1.6 na as reference. What is the optimum
timing for my AAZ? I'm also wrestling with which way to tackle my running
on the hot side issue. Thanks!
