[Vwdiesel] TTY bolts

In my distant (and somewhat checkered) past, I had an engine apart with these TTY bolts. The shop manual said to measure the thickness of the bolt at its thinnest point, and if it too stretched, then pitch it, otherwise it was OK to reuse. IIRC, it was either a Mercedes diesel (mid-sixties 200D) or a Porsche.
