[Vwdiesel] New (Used) 2001 Jetta Qs

For the starting issue, I'd replace the fuel filter T fitting and O-rings
first.  Cheap and easy and prone to failure.

If the dealer didn't replace all the rollers when they did the belt, they
should have.  Safest to just do it again so you know it's right.
