[Vwdiesel] Golf Door Issues

The door microswitches are well known for being crappy, but this the first
time I've heard of the *rears* going bad.

My driver's door switches have been stuck in the "always closed" position
for years. It's not really an issue except when you for whatever reason
get in the car, put the key in the ignition (but don't turn it), then get
back out because you forgot something or remembered you wanted to check the
oil or what-have-you. 30 seconds after you unlocked the car, it locks
itself again, with the key inside!

Simple solution to that, never ever ever leave the key in the car.
