Could the engine bay in my vanagon be a little more sealed off from outside
debris? I may have a reasonable priced used AAZ engine, I was referred to
an Ian in Canada by a guy from a vanagon list I'm on who set me up with a
single belt setup for alt and water pump which is working great and easy to
maintain! Ian said he'd dig around after the thaw for me. If I get a used
one I'll go thru an entire rebuild session so I know all is fresh and good
to go.
