Yes, there are socket kits with slots for allen key insertion, I used to have a kit from
Lisle, similar to this:

Or an offset box end wrench can be used. My first time I had an SAE wrench that fit and
worked well enough. Or an air impact gun will usually zip the nuts on and off without
needing the allen key.
