Well after some hard work and driving, I have gotten everything operating the way it should. After the radiator replacement, the gauge needle sits right where it should, left side of needle just touching right side of LED but my VDO gauges were all reading incorrectly. SO, I made two ground attachments, one for the operating part of the gauges one for the illumination lights. I then made new power connections for the gauges and the illumination lights. Now everything works properly. I took it for a 45 minute 65-70 mph run with AC on full blast, with the following results: water temp (measured at outlet in front of head going into the radiator) 210-215F, oil temperature 225-230F, oil pressure 2-3 bar at 2200 rpms (just a tad below 1 bar at idle which is correct), pyrometer steady at 600F at 70mph. So I am pleased. and feel like I can relax again. Hayden
