[Vwdiesel] Too cold

This all makes me wonder why my '02 Jetta comes up to temp in a reasonable
time and stays there.
I have read that reducing the EGR cycle makes a significant difference in
warmup times and passenger heat. Perhaps the cold folks have reduced the
EGR cycle to keep the crap out of the intake?
