[Vwdiesel] H4 headlights, relays and the proper speedo drive and other stuff

I put in some relays and sockets that I had saved from other cars, without
changing out the headlights, and the difference was amazing! I still
haven't put in new headlights - these are probably 10-15 years old. I have
some new on the shelf waiting for these to go bad. I'm tempted to just
replace them all and have fresh new ones in there. I just like to use
something all the way up before getting rid of it... :)

Anyway, whether you have fancy lights or the more basic ones, I think that
the majority of the difference will be in getting proper voltage to the
lights. I'm sure that the new tech ones are better than my old ones, but I
suspect the difference from previous to the relay upgrade to now is much
more than from where I am now to brand new lights.
