[Vwdiesel] 81 Rabbit pickup fork in transmission?

"Fork" is inside the transmission on your truck. I have seen them crack,
but that causes the clutch not to disengage in any gear. Usually once
they crack, they will jump on the splined shaft. (rod the enters the end
of the tranny on the drivers side). Probably need a new clutch.
