[Vwdiesel] It's summer, therefore my a/c has died

Every summer, the a/c dies in my 00 TDI.  That's because it's 100º F out there.  

I've gotten as far as the fuses being good and finding 115 psi of Freon in the system.  If I'm reading the chart right, that's about what I should expect in about 95ºF, correct?  (I went out after dark so it'd cool down a little.)

I'm thinking it's something electrical at this point.
