[Vwdiesel] Pump going weak or cooking turbo?

Hi All! I noticed on my camping trip last week that after a while on the
road my boost doesn't match throttle position as it did when first started
off. My pyro hasn't worked and haven't the time to diagnose the issue but
my water temp was only 190f-200f even while pedal was mashed to the floor.
Im kinda puzzled??? 95AAZ in a 82 westy
