[Vwdiesel] Up my boost?

Nearly a 4500# westy pulling a small 15' aluminum fishing boat. I put a
.70, 4th gear with my 5.43 r&p on 215/75/15" bfg all terrains and 1.5" lift
for clearance just wanting bit more for headwinds while pulling
