Greetings and salutations fellow diesel burners!
Nice to see you're still around guys.
Still diesel all over the map here. still farming, so all that stuff, earthmuffins haven't shut us down yet, I guess people still eat. Wife has a 15 passat tdi, just turning our 13 in before the new year, scoooped a nice low mile 15 while there was some. Couldn't not do let the 13 go for what they want to pay us for it. I have the B5.5 in the shop just throwing out the balance shaft module, been on hold for a week, as I've been sick as a dog the last week, influenza arrived thursday last week, slept for a really long time... feel pretty good now. Guess the flu shot would have been a smart idea. Other than that, I'm still racing, skiing, turbo sled in the mountains kind of guy.

Hayden: the procedure to change to head studs that I've followed was just don't let the head seal screw up. basically go through the torque sequence order replacing one stud at a time and bringing each one up to the correct value, then move on to the next.

Good to know that a few of us are still around. I was wondering if anyone remembers the procedure for putting in ARP bolts WITHOUT taking the head off. I have a new engine and I just want to take out the stretch bolts and replace them one at a time. Hayden
