Hard Starting

Hi,

I do have a starting problem too. However, it is different from
what you guys have mentioned. My car, after driven for a long
time (over 45 minutes), refuses to start when the engine fan is
running. I have to wait until the fan stop, sometimes I have
to wait another extra minutes after the fan stops, to restart
the engine. At the beginning, I thought that I have a weak 
battery, but I have tried to new batteries and the problem
won't go away. When I tried to start while the fan was running,
the starter didn't even move. All I heard was a clicking noise.
It seems that the battery wasn't strong enough to move the
starter. But, when I checked the battery, it was fine! Does
this problem have something to do with the starter relay?
