Oops.  The place is, of course, Classic Motorbooks in Wisconsin,
not Colorado.  Their number is 1-800-826-6600, lines open
24 hours.

Unfortunately I can't find the book listed in their current
catalog (sorry Sirish) but that doesn't mean that they don't
have it; you should call.  Then there's this other book:
