They will not.  For the 80/90/Coupe these are the numbers:

1988 Audi 90:  6Jx14, 45mm offset 4-108mm

For reference, my 86 VW Jetta GLI is:

1986 Jetta GLI:  6Jx14, 38mm offset 4-100mm hub centric

Some steel wheels from the 5000 class will fit the 80/90/Coupe.
Ask around.  I have a nice set of MSW 5 spoke alloys, brand new,
with 185/70 14 (I think) Pirelli S2 snows, used about 2 months
if anyone is interested.  They are a waste in the snow so I'd rather
get some used steelies and save some $ at the same time...

You can get whole packages from the Tire Rack - order early if you
do though, and they don't usually have much in the way of Audi rims.
