i have found the lighted fold down mirrors supply enough juice to run the
radar detectors as long as they are 12 volts
just tap in under the mount near the rear view mirror, which is the power
point for the light in the vanity mirror
i just tapped in under the mount which unscrews from the headliner, i also un
snaped the cover for the sunroof and ran the wire out the drivers side so i
can mount it on my side of the car :)
