New bushings come with a new casing.  The bushings fail because they
separate from the casing.  It probably isn't shown too well in the
manual, but if you get one off a car, it's pretty clear.  

I'm still working on getting the dealer phone numbers and Bentley
manual into my office so I can tell you all who to call and what the
name of the other bushing is that you need to replace at the same time
as the support mount bushings.
