Do you have an external or glass antenna? I found I had almost zero
reception in the '90 100 TQ when I installed a Pioneer stereo. The
last resort I tried was to hook the the wire for auto antenna to the
receivers outlet and voila! Perfect reception. It seem they have
hidden an amplifier somewhere. I thought this wire was a complete
dummy, as this car doesn't have an auto antenna. Hell, I don't even
know where the antenna is located!

Check this wire out, you might be surprised!
