Diff lock problem...

Just getting my baby ready for winter, and I excersized (or is exorcized) the
rear diff lock and nothing happened.  :-(

The light on the switch comes on, but the little light in the ideogram doesn't
come on, and the rear does not seem to lock up.  I hear a click from the rear
so the control unit is getting the signal, but perhaps someone knows of a
common failure mode on these?  Loose vacuum line, bad servo, etc.?
